Our Founder
Dr. Maurice R. Forget is an award-winning university professor, organizational psychologist, author, certified neuroperformance strategist and coach.
He is the founder of The Vindilis Institute for Leadership Performance and brings extensive and prestigious global experience in executive development, brain-based coaching, and performance consulting.
He holds a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, where his research focused on emotional intelligence across cultures under the supervision of Dr. Robbin Chapman, Associate Dean at Harvard University. Dr. Forget is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching (McLean/Harvard Medical School) and a board member of IFSC – Brain Health France. He is also an award-winning corporate learning & development specialist (City University of New York, 2017 Annual Award Recipient) and the renowned author of research and applied insights on leadership meta-competencies and global mindset.
Dr. Forget’s approach blends academic rigor, applied neuroscience, and a global leadership perspective shaped by years of working in international business settings. He has coached senior executives across sectors, facilitated leadership programs in business schools and executive corporate platforms, and advised institutions on strategic transformation and human-centered performance.
Currently based in between Asia and Europe, he has lived and worked across three continents and teaches globally, with faculty roles in the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia. His current work sits at the intersection of organizational psychology, intercultural agility, and the neuroscience of leadership resilience.
